My name is Chiara and I am a chemist by training, with a passion for cooking. I currently teach Yoga and after a few years of practice I chose to stop eating meat and dairy. I am not fully vegan as I collect eggs from my hens and honey from my bees.

As I transitioned to a vegetarian diet I realised that cooking was not as simple as it always had been. I had to revisit a lot of what I knew to make sure everybody was happy with what I prepared. This blog is witness to my progress in the field of vegan cooking.
