I aim to share my vegan recipes on this site, along with information which may be useful to people who, like me, realised that transitioning from a ‘normal’ diet to one which does not contain animal product involves learning how to cook all over again.
Occasionally, I will also post a scientific article which I found interesting, with some personal considerations.
As a part of this process, I have decided to organise courses (in person or on-line) to share what I have learnt. I will advertise my course here so you can take them if you are interested.
